The Opportunity
We're seeking an energetic and target-driven
Business Development Representative
to join our sales team. This is an excellent role for someone who's eager to kickstart or advance their sales career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your work will directly fuel our growth by connecting new clients with our platform.
What You'll Do
Engage with decision-makers across public and private sectors -- from tutors to senior directors.
Make approximately 150 outbound calls daily (2-3 hours talk time).
Follow up via email to nurture interest and build long-term relationships.
Maintain and organise your pipeline to stay on top of opportunities.
Book qualified meetings for our Business Development Managers.
Consistently work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with full team support.
Build your expertise in the EdTech space through training and hands-on experience.
What We're Looking For
Some sales experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking to people at all levels.
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
