Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for people in the early stages of their business development/sales career who want to join a small but rapidly growing group of companies in the IT support & services sector.

As someone new/early in their career, you will be mentored, trained, and managed by our Commercial Director, who has a proven track record in developing junior Sales staff to deliver significant new business, earning them both experience and commission. As a successful candidate, you will be incentivised to consistently hit targets and gain the experience required to apply for promotions across the business as we continue to grow.

This is a hybrid role that primarily involves working from home, with initial training at our central Bristol office during your first week. There are then up to 2 days in the Bristol office per month for the first 6 months, reducing to one day per month after passing the 6-month probationary period. The position offers complete training, career development opportunities, benefits, and commissions.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business leads and secure meetings through various channels, including online research, networking, and predominantly via outbound calling efforts. Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs and how our tailored solutions can meet them. Regular industry and business-relevant content creation, including short articles and LinkedIn postings. Active on LinkedIn, connecting to relevant suppliers, companies and prospective clients, including liking and reposting relevant content on LinkedIn. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads, meetings, and LinkedIn client interactions. Collaborate with the Commercial Director and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead-generation and meeting booking strategies. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials. Provide regular reports on lead generation and meeting booking activities to the Commercial Director

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to answer questions while undertaking learning and best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organisational and time management skills General IT proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Basic proficiency with CRM software and other business development tools is a plus, but not required A proactive and results-oriented mindset Previous experience in lead generation or meeting bookings is a plus, but not required Previous B2B Sales with Finance and Wealth Management are a plus, but not required A-level or equivalent education or greater Full UK Driver's licence and/or transport required
