As someone new/early in their career, you will be mentored, trained, and managed by our Commercial Director, who has a proven track record in developing junior Sales staff to deliver significant new business, earning them both experience and commission. As a successful candidate, you will be incentivised to consistently hit targets and gain the experience required to apply for promotions across the business as we continue to grow.
This is a hybrid role that primarily involves working from home, with initial training at our central Bristol office during your first week. There are then up to 2 days in the Bristol office per month for the first 6 months, reducing to one day per month after passing the 6-month probationary period.
