Job Summary


We are looking for a driven and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. This role is focused on winning new business by generating leads, identifying prospects, and converting cold calls into qualified sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive in approaching potential clients, introducing our IT and cyber security services, and booking meetings or demos for the wider sales team.

There is a clear progression path to Account Manager for individuals who consistently hit targets and demonstrate the ability to build client relationships.

Duties



Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound emails, and follow-up activity. Follow up with webinar attendees and marketing-generated leads to convert interest into meetings or demos. Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organisations. Qualify prospects and book appointments for the senior sales team. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and keep detailed records in the CRM system. Confidently introduce and explain our IT support and cyber security offerings. Work towards and exceed activity-based KPIs (e.g. call volume, lead generation, meetings booked). Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximise campaign effectiveness.

Progression



High performers will have the opportunity to move into an Account Manager role, where they will take ownership of client relationships, handle ongoing service discussions, and manage growth within existing accounts.

Skills



Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about our products and services.

Pay: 24,420.00-26,000.00 per year
