Job Title: Business Development Representative



Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 base + commission



Location: London / Hybrid working (with US travel opportunities)

The Role





The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business pipeline -- researching prospects, creating opportunities, and opening doors into some of the most exciting organisations in US sports and beyond. This position is ideal for someone hungry to make an impact, motivated by building relationships, and keen to progress into a closing role.



Responsibilities



Research, identify, and engage with decision-makers (typically Heads of Fan Experience and similar). Generate and qualify sales opportunities through outreach. Book and hand over high-quality meetings to senior sellers. Travel to the US for meetings and industry events. Progress into a closing role as skills and experience develop.



Candidate profile



Background or deep knowledge in US sports (professional or college) or experience selling into sports franchises. Proven ability in sales (SDR/BDE or similar) with a talent for sparking conversations. Ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated by travel to the US
