This position requires prior work experience in the real estate/ lettings industry.
An exciting opportunity to join one of London's market-leading prime market estate agents in their flagship area in central London. UKmate.co.uk is a fast-growing online platform which we manage 100million+ portfolio of properties and every year we serve 2500+ international students and local young professionals to find home in UK. Unlike the traditional agency, from marketing the property, sign tenancy agreement, pay deposit and even sometimes of maintenance are all done online.

Duties

We are currently looking to recruit a Property Lister to join our busy team and help to drive the business forward. The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.

To be considered for this role you will have at least 1-2 years' experience as a proper lister or relevant business development skills with demonstratable network of resources. A background in residential sales would also be a strong plus point. We are looking for an ambitious and capable individual who can come in and hit the ground running.

Salary:

From 26,000.00 with unlimited commission cap
