Founding Sales Development Representative

Knit is hiring for a new client. They're looking for a founding Business Development Representative, so you must have experience in business development.

As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving their growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities.

They have a great presence in the property, luxury and healthcare industries and are now looking to grow beyond these. With industry leading brands and plenty of credibility from their 35 years of experience this is a great opportunity to own the next stage of their growth.

You'll report directly to the Founding Partner and will have great exposure across the whole business. You'll be able to see the impact of your hard work.

You will work closely with the team to execute highly targeted outbound campaigns and respond to inbound inquiries and event responses in a timely manner, present their value proposition, gather key information around business pain and needs, and qualify them before bringing them into the business to be actively worked to a conclusion by the new business team.

Our client is looking for a salesperson who can deeply understand their offering - it's substantial and impactful so understanding this is the key to understanding how to help clients.

You'll learn how to find the right people in target accounts and book meetings with them. They're looking for quality meetings, not just quantity. Their offering is already established and recognised in their verticals - there is plenty of room for growth here, as well as other industries to explore.

This role will be the driving force of their growth and you will be in a position to shape and own this.

What experience you will bring to the table:

At least 1 year of experience in Outbound sales A Strong sales acumen Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work with a cross-functional team A genuine interest in technology The ability to learn and understand technical information
