We're now expanding the team and looking for builders who want to own ambitious projects autonomously, solve impactful & complex problems, and do their best work at Ankar.

What you'll be doing




You'll take full ownership of driving new customer acquisition at Ankar, from finding the right people to speak to, to getting them excited about what we're building. You won't just follow a playbook, you'll help write it.


This means:

Owning prospecting and outreach:

Research and target high-value accounts, identify key decision-makers, and run creative multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).

Qualifying opportunities with depth:

Understand a prospect's challenges, identify where we can help, and set up high-quality meetings for the sales team.

Shaping our approach

- Experiment with messaging, targeting, and outreach tactics, then share learnings to refine the GTM playbook.

Driving pipeline growth

- Track, measure, and improve conversion rates to hit and exceed targets.

What we are looking for



Hold a graduate degree, ideally in a STEM subject or from a leading university.

Thrives in a fast-paced & ambiguous environment.

You work quickly and iteratively. We work at a high-velocity to ensure we are delivering value and and leading the market.

Seeks ownership.

Have experience working in early-stage startups, commercialising AI or IP-related products, or selling to law firms, patent attorneys or in-house IP professionals.
