This role focuses on re-engaging lapsed or dormant clients from our existing database, relationships that hold strong potential but have become inactive. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will strategically work through a defined list of past clients, known contacts, and previous leads to rekindle conversations, uncover new needs, and qualify opportunities before passing them to the Business Development Manager team for conversion. Key responsibilities include outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone; rebuilding relationships by positioning our value proposition; qualifying leads against set criteria; managing pipeline data in CRM systems; collaborating closely with BDMs for smooth handovers; and gathering insights on client needs and market trends to inform strategy.
