Essential Requirements of a Business Development Representative

Previous experience in sales or business development, ideally with technology or software products

Comfortable reaching out to new prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Able to explain technical products clearly and help customers see their value

Organised and confident managing multiple leads, working towards targets and KPIs

Desirable Requirements of a Business Development Representative

Familiarity with CRM systems or sales engagement tools

Experience selling SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or compliance-related products

Exposure to fire-safety, building management, or facilities management sectors
