The Opportunity



This is an

entry-level sales role

designed for someone who wants to build confidence, learn quickly, and develop core commercial skills.

Based in the Winchester office, you'll work closely with experienced sales professionals, helping to engage new prospects, understand business needs, and support the development of new opportunities. The role blends communication, research, and relationship-building, making it well suited to those early in their career.

From day one, you'll receive clear objectives, structured training, and regular guidance from senior team members.

What You'll Be Doing



Speaking with business decision-makers to understand challenges and priorities Identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities Managing inbound and outbound contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate activity notes Supporting Account Managers with progressing prospects through the pipeline Assisting with sales and marketing campaigns and relaying market feedback Building product knowledge and developing a confident communication style
