Business Development Researcher

, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team by uncovering opportunities, gathering valuable business intelligence, and learning the foundations of commercial property and workplace design.

This role offers hands-on training, exposure to decision-makers, and a clear career pathway into a

Business Development Executive

role.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to businesses to gather accurate and up-to-date information. Research and capture details on: Lease expiries and office move plans Key decision-makers and best points of contact Refurbishment or relocation strategies Broader company growth and expansion insights Identify and qualify opportunities to support the sales team. Maintain and update our CRM with high-quality data. Use tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, CoStar, and internal databases to strengthen research and outreach.

What We're Looking For

A recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong interest in business development. Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner. Naturally curious and comfortable asking insightful questions. Ability to build rapport quickly with professionals. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven. Previous experience in sales, research, or customer engagement is helpful but not essential.
