PJM - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / LONDON

Occupier Business Development & Sales - Senior Surveyor

Role Purpose

Working under the guidance of the Occupier Business Development Lead expanding attachment of PJM Advisory \xe2\x80\x9cConsult, Design and Build\xe2\x80\x9d service offerings to CBRE UK Occupier accounts (Advisory & Transaction). So far in 2023 we have secured sales to 45 out of the 142 Occupier Accounts and this role aims to target sales to a minimum of 15 additional accounts/annum within the Lifesciences (relatively new sector) and TMT (lots of property right sizing and cost cutting) Occupier sectors. From account growth data and success of our Occupier Sales Lead over last 3 years this should generate a minimum of \xc2\xa31.5M of new sales over an initial 12mth period.

Key Responsibilities

- Developing a detailed understanding of the key aspects of PJM Advisory \xe2\x80\x9cConsult, Design and Build\xe2\x80\x9d service offerings and keep up to date with new success stories and value propositions.

- Undertaking diagnosis of Occupier Accounts to identify where there is a Client need or service offering gap which could benefit from PJM Advisory service offerings.

- Building up and maintaining relationships with CBRE Occupier team through 1-2-1 meetings and regular interactions.

- Arrange and develop targeted presentations to CBRE occupier teams focussed on \xe2\x80\x9cConsult Design and Build\xe2\x80\x9d service offerings.

- Identify service offering opportunities for specific Accounts and engage with PJM Advisory service offering leads to agree next steps.

- Tracking and following up on agreed next steps and/or proposals issued to conversion.

- Post conversion maintain relationship with Account team with aim to further grow the account including preparation and maintaining of an account targeting plan to take the Account through the Consult, Design and Build project stages.

- Aim to get involved in external Client Quarterly Business Reviews and events with aim to supplement direct CBRE Client relationships.

- Tracking, supporting and recording targets and opportunities on Salesforce.

- Pass Central Europe opportunities to CE Business Development lead.

Person Specification/Requirements

- Positive work attitude

- Persistent but more consultative selling than hard sales

- Confident

- Ability to work alone and manage time effectively to achieve results

- Dedicated Sales experience preferred (i.e. developing and managing a sales pipeline)

- Knowledge of CBRE or Real Estate Business could potentially be a benefit

- Good communication skills

- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft products beneficial
