Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

Develop partnerships and resources across industries including IT, blockchain, artificial intelligence, internet advertising, traffic platforms, and film production. Identify and engage potential clients, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships.

2. External Relations & Negotiation

Represent the company at industry events, summits, and exhibitions to promote the brand and build connections. Independently conduct business negotiations and drive cooperation agreements (e.g. advertising placements, technology collaborations, joint projects).

3. Project Management & Execution

Coordinate with internal technical, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Liaise with external partners, track project progress, and optimize cooperation models.

4. Market Research & Analysis

Collect and analyze industry trends and competitor information to support company strategy. Monitor global internet advertising and monetization models, providing business recommendations.

Requirements

1. Education

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Media, IT, or related fields.

2. Work Experience

2+ years of business development / BD / sales experience; industry contacts in IT, blockchain, AI, internet advertising, or media/film are a strong plus. International market experience and the ability to independently manage overseas clients are preferred.

3. Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills; adept at networking and relationship management. Familiar with online advertising, traffic monetization models, and major industry platforms. Strong market analysis, resource development, and channel expansion skills. Fluent English (native or near-native); Chinese or other languages are a plus.

4. Personal Attributes

Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, resilient under performance pressure. Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, frequent travel, and cross-cultural collaboration. Growth-oriented, eager to build and scale with the company.

Compensation Structure:

Base salary 29000-38000 + performance bonus
