The Role



We're looking for a driven and energetic Sales Consultant to join our growing business. You'll speak with clients who are excited about creating their dream home and guide them through the early stages of their journey with us.

You'll be working with warm, high-quality leads as well as generating new opportunities through targeted outreach. This is a key role with real impact and clear progression potential.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and update our CRM (Go High Level). Engage warm inbound leads and run outbound email/phone campaigns. Speak with potential clients about our high-end design and build services. Host online consultations and product demos. Build strong client relationships and maintain regular communication. Provide pricing, negotiate confidently, and close sales. Use data to identify new opportunities. Attend occasional client visits, exhibitions, and trade shows.

What We're Looking For



Essential:



2+ years proven sales experience with strong target achievement. Motivated, energetic, and confident communicator. Excellent relationship-building skills. Good ICT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools). Professional and presentable. GCSE C/4 in Maths & English (or equivalent).

Full UK driving licence.


Desirable:



Consultative sales experience. Telesales or customer service background. Experience in construction, design, or home improvement. Strong online presentation skills.
