This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking leader to take charge of building and leading a new sales team while driving strategic growth across our client base.

Your Main Responsibilities

Build and lead a new high-performing sales team from the ground up. Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and convert internal leads into long-term customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers across sectors. Conduct sales performance analysis and present findings to the wider team to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment on company goals.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the office furniture or fit out sectors. Proven track record of delivering results through team leadership and strategic planning. Experience working directly with internal lead pipelines and CRM systems.
