This role calls for a collaborative, brave and brilliant strategic mind to take a key leadership role on one of our key accounts; PUIG Fragrances & Make-up.

Working closely with a combination of activation specialists, global teams plus data & digital brilliant brains across the business. It will be your responsibility to elevate and champion the smartest and bravest ideas, drive our client\xe2\x80\x99s growth vision to the next level and ensure seamless execution across the PUIG portfolio of brands. These include: Rabanne, Carolina Herrera and Jean Paul Gaultier (Fragrances & Make-up).

As Business Director, you have three overarching responsibilities that directly relate to our agency growth pillars and internal expectations framework.

Growth for Clients: our goal is to create brilliant experiences that drive faster growth for our clients, and you will work with various teams within the broader Publicis Media organisation (Content, Sports, Data and Commerce Practices) to do so. Specific responsibilities are:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to key, senior clients
  • Lead strategic direction for your clients, support the Managing Partner in delivering against growth plans
  • Instil processes that deliver operational excellence for agency and client, in regard to invoicing, unbilled etc.
  • Challenge client and team in the pursuit of better work
  • Apply brilliant ideas to each brief, contribute to Starcom case study pool
Develop a Growth Team: You will have the chance to be a major contributor in shaping the culture of the teams that work in the agency. Specifically:
  • Lead your immediate team as well as motivate and inspire discipline experts throughout the agency who work on your business
  • Support initiatives that develop and progress planning department
  • Drive culture of proactivity, results and innovation across the team
  • Devise and Implement TRR action plans to improve delivery
Drive Growth for Starcom: You are an ambassador for the Starcom brand and will be part of helping us build an exceptional reputation both within Publicis Groupe and with external partners. Specifically:
  • Deliver sustainable profitability and growth across clients with accurate forecasting
  • Have a sound level of all Publicis Media capabilities in order to intelligently cross/up-sell agency services
  • Understand and deliver against key contractual obligations on your clients
  • Contribute to new business

Qualifications
  • Ideally you have experience in running accounts within the luxury/beauty/retail/fashion categories and/or a large brand portfolio client
  • Commercial expertise and confidence
  • Has a strong level of ATL & BTL media knowledge covering brand, performance and innovation
  • Experience in successfully managing teams directly as well as wider activation specialist teams
  • Has worked closely with key broadcast, publishing and digital partners
  • Confident in managing forecasting and profitability of teams
  • Help your teams grow and develop both personally and professionally
  • Willing to go the extra mile and recognise the importance of excellent service, profitability and growth
  • Comfortable with continued change and willing to explore the unexplored
