Location: St Helens.

Salary : 25,000 Base Salary - plus commission (OTE 30k +)

We're looking for an honest, hard-working, highly driven and super high potential graduate to join our rapidly growing team.

Working with the operations and commercial team you will be thrown into a fast paced world of online car buying / selling and same day / next day logistics , ensuring that each car we trade is transported and processed efficiently using our market leading technology and UK wide network.

This role would be perfect for a recent Business or Logistics based Graduate looking to accelerate their experience in a highly entrepreneurial and fast paced business, who is willing to throw themselves in wholeheartedly to building success.

Mentoring and support will be provided by our team of Senior Management and Directors, all of whom have experience in building and scaling large businesses.

We're a digital business with over 25 years history in online retail. In 2021 we launched a new brand to the market specialising in buying cars directly from the public online, which has been growing rapidly, recognised within The Sunday Times fastest growing private companies in 2025. We specialise in older cars with a retail value below 5,000.

The role:

This is a new role created due to growth of the business as we look to building our internal 'pipeline' of talent creating opportunities to develop people and build our base of future leaders.

This is a role where you will learn about business, logistics, finance, process automation, ai and entrepreneurship.

You'll be joining a small (c. 30 people), team who work incredibly hard and are passionate about establishing our brand.... who also know how to have a laugh!

Key duties will vary, but include;

- Supporting the logistics team with demand planning, scheduling of car collection / deliveries. Gaining experience in logistics/planning, operational management.

- Supporting the sales and operations teams to ensure that all cars are processed and sold in the most efficient manner and standards or listings are high. Gaining experience in operational process, management of external contractors, use of ai driven systems.

- Supporting finance team with car sales and payments. Gaining experience of cash flow and financial processes and system automation.

- Ensuring all customer receive the best possible service and communication is proactive. Gaining experience in customer service.

Requirements:

- Honest, loyal and respectful.

- University Degree in a Business or Logistics based discipline.

- Evidence of pushing for personal development and a will to excel.

- Proficiency with computer systems, (Excel, Word, Email as a minimum), Customer build software or a keen interest in AI would be an advantage.

- Organised and well structured in their approach to business expansion.
