Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business growth co-ordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and generate new business opportunities by sourcing leads. The Business growth co-ordinator will play a critical role in driving the growth of our client base by engaging with potential customers and connecting them with our Sales Executive team for quoting. This position offers a competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure, rewarding successful lead generation and closed sales.
Key Responsibilities
:
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and research potential business clients who may require insurance services.
Outreach:
Engage with potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
Qualify Leads:
Assess the insurance needs of potential clients and qualify them as viable prospects for Fuelled's insurance services.
Data Collection:
Gather and accurately record detailed company information and insurance needs to pass on to the Sales Executive team.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales Executive team to ensure seamless handover of leads and support throughout the quoting process.
Follow-up:
Maintain communication with leads until the Sales Executive team has successfully contacted them and provided a quote.
Performance Tracking:
Regularly report on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, quotes requested, and policies bound.
Commission Opportunities:
Earn commission when a quote is requested from a lead you have generated, and additional commission when the policy is bound.

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
