UK market

and looking for a proactive, partnership-driven

Business Growth Partner

to lead our local expansion.



This is a

strategic, high-impact

software development

and

digital solutions ecosystem

As our UK representative, you'll be the face of

Avangarde

-- identifying new opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and helping clients

build dedicated software teams

that deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do:




Develop and implement a

growth strategy for the UK market

, aligned with Avangarde's global goals. Identify, qualify, and pursue

new business opportunities

across technology-driven industries. Build and nurture strong,

long-term relationships

with decision-makers in startups, scaleups, and established enterprises. Collaborate closely with our

technical and delivery teams in Romania

to craft tailored proposals and solutions. Represent Avangarde at

industry events, conferences, and networking forums

across the UK. Negotiate and close

mutually valuable partnerships and contracts

. Share insights on

market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

to help refine our UK strategy.

What You'll Bring




Proven experience in

business development, sales, or account management

within software development or IT services. A strong

network within the UK tech ecosystem

-- from innovative startups to ambitious scaleups and forward-thinking enterprises. A good understanding of

software development lifecycles

, dedicated team models, and

nearshore collaboration

. Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

. A strategic,

entrepreneurial mindset
