The BIA Team lead role will play critical role in driving data-driven decision making processes. You will partner with the business at various levels of seniority, lead the development and implementation of business insights strategies, tools and processes to optimize operation efficiency and support strategic business goals


Your Key Responsibilities:



Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:


Develop and implement a strategy for Business Insights & Analytics aligned with organizational objectives and the Business Operations regional pillars of field force operations, business performance and insights and customer engagement Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams within country and the Business Operations team in Region Europe to identify and prioritize business requirements Lead, manage, coach and mentor team of BIA Managers/analysts in UK&I, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and decision making Define KPIs and metrics to track business performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders Collaborate with and integrate the Global Commercial Office (GCO) into the UK&I BIA team to drive efficiency and effectiveness Lead the design, development and maintenance of Business Insights solutions, including data warehouse, dashboards and reports Oversee data quality and governance initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance Business Insights and Analysis capabilities and support innovations Drive process improvement and operational efficiencies based on BIA insights

What you'll bring to the role:



Essential Requirements:



Master's degree in economics, finance, business administration, engineering, science or similar 2+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, business intelligence, or commercial excellence Demonstrates leadership and talent development capabilities in direct and matrix teams A highly curious, creative, and innovative mind able to design, develop, and implement new initiatives combined with exceptional learning and problem-solving abilities Working proficiency with complex data from multiple data sources and a demonstrated ability to understand new datasets and data structures

Desirable Requirements:



Outstanding communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas in a simple to understand manner, with demonstrated abilities in data storytelling Experience in applying advanced analytics methods, such as predictive modeling, machine learning, or data mining Experience with Alteryx, Qlik, Power BI or similar platforms
