Fuelled is seeking experienced insurance professionals to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This role focuses on developing new relationships, delivering tailored insurance guidance and ensuring every client receives the high-quality service Fuelled is known for.
This is not a traditional sales environment. Our culture is energetic, supportive and collaborative -- more aligned to a modern, tech-enabled service business than a conventional brokerage. We're looking for someone who brings professionalism, curiosity, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering great customer outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Minimum
2 years' experience
in a commercial insurance environment
Strong understanding of general insurance products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport and understand a range of organisational needs
Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Commitment to accuracy, fairness and ethical practice
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Provide clear and accurate insurance advice tailored to each organisation
Engage in inbound and outbound business development activity (email, digital, warm calls)
Manage your pipeline effectively and maintain accurate CRM records
Work closely with our wider insurance team to deliver seamless service
Attend meetings, events and networking opportunities as required
Contribute to continuous improvement and support our evolving culture
