The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that enhance our logistics and supply chain offerings optimising our CRM system, developing insightful BI reports and dashboards and collaborating extensively with internal stakeholders and external customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in BI tools and CRM platforms and have an understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
Key responsibilities include:
Collect, clean, analyse and interpret complex datasets from multiple sources such as Analytics Data Hub, CARGOES, Alphaliner, Panjiva, Statista, TMS, WMS, ERP, and CRM
Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards and visualisations to track key performance indicators
Identify trends, patterns in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for supply chain improvements and strategic decision making
Administer and maintain the company CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring data integrity, accuracy and completeness
Implement strategies to optimise CRM usage for the wider commercial team
Customise and configure the CRM platform to meet evolving business needs, including workflow automation, data integration and user management
Work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, sales, finance, IT and others to understand their data and reporting needs
Present findings, insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels
Analyse customer data within the CRM and from other sources to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction, retention and upselling/cross-selling
Develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into customer behaviour, preferences and pain points specific to their logistics and supply chain needs
Support the sales and account management teams with data-driven insights to enhance customer interactions and negotiations
Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis and reporting processes
Contribute to the development and implementation of data driven strategies to optimise logistics operations, such as route optimisation, inventory management and demand forecasting
