Your Analysis. Our Performance. Real Business Impact.
You know there are stories hiding in mountains of data, waiting to transform how an entire organisation works. But what if those stories have the potential to impact real lives?
We're looking for a skilled and curious business intelligence analyst to join our Data & Insight Team, helping us improve services for the people who call our properties home.
This isn't just about building dashboards or running reports. It's about creating the foundation that helps every team across Curo make better decisions and drive real improvements in how we serve our customers.
What you'll be doing
Working with teams across Curo to identify their business intelligence requirements and translating them into practical solutions that work.
Creating and maintaining high-quality PowerBI reports that make data accessible for all colleagues, enabling informed decisions at every level.
Analysing data to identify meaningful and actionable insights, then presenting this intelligence business-wide to improve our operations.
Exploring the root causes of service success and failure, using internal, external and customer feedback data.
Supporting the development and maintenance of our Data Layer (data warehouse) and architecture - making Curo's key data accessible for business intelligence and insight activity across the organisation.
What you'll get in return
Beyond a competitive salary of 42,845 and the chance to make a real difference every day, you'll get:
26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years
Your birthday off as an extra holiday
Up to 10% matched pension contribution
Hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days home)
Flexible benefits which might include a Health Cash Plan
Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your own wellbeing
More about you
You're naturally curious with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. What really drives you is working somewhere with purpose, where your expertise can make a real difference to people's lives.
Essential:
Demonstrable experience analysing, manipulating and transforming data within SQL
Experience designing and maintaining PowerBI models and reports
Ability to work confidently with large volumes of structured and unstructured data
Strong attention to detail and excellent fact-finding skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Customer-focused approach with drive to influence improvements in customer experience
It would be helpful if you also have experience of SSIS and SSRS, creating database objects, or understanding how operational data and customer feedback can improve performance, but these aren't essential.
This role is perfect for a data professional who wants to see their technical expertise drive tangible improvements in organisational performance and customer experience.
