The Role
As our Mission Administrator, you'll be the
organisational heartbeat
behind the 100 Missions.
You'll keep everything running smoothly -- supporting our Mission Managers, organising all the bits that no one sees (but everyone depends on), and bringing calm to the creative chaos.
What You'll Do
Support Mission Managers with scheduling, planning and project coordination
Track mission progress, milestones and deadlines
Organise documents, data, reports and updates so nothing slips through the cracks
Help onboard new partners, contributors and collaborators
Keep our systems tidy and our comms clear (email, Slack, calendars, notes etc.)
Spot ways to make processes simpler, faster and more fun
Be the go-to person for "Where's that thing?" and "Who's got that doc?"
What We're Looking For
Ultra-organised and detail-loving
Proactive, reliable and calm under pressure
Friendly, collaborative and great at communication
Tech-comfy (calendars, docs, spreadsheets, task boards -- you're on it)
Excited by the idea of helping missions grow and thrive
Bonus: experience in admin, project support, or operations
