This programme will feature core rotations in Commercial and Sourcing functions, and elective placements in areas such as Business Development, Compliance, Finance, and more over a two-year period. You will gain the opportunity to develop expertise in key business areas, adapting your role to match your skills and passions as well as collaborate with industry experts, gaining invaluable insights and fostering professional growth.

After this period of training, you will assume a role ideally in one of the functions you've successfully delivered within.
Who we're looking for
Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in our Commercial and Sourcing departments.
Strong numeracy and literacy skills, comfortable working with data and numbers.
Business acumen and problem-solving prowess, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
Confident communicator, adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
Education & Qualifications:
Predicted or achieved a 2.1 or higher in any degree discipline within the last two years.
Degrees in related fields such as Business, Law, Economics, Maths or Finance are advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge & Experience:
Some relevant work experience would be beneficial, for example, Summer Placements and/or Year in Industry Placements
