We're looking for a Business Manager to join our church school community from September 2025 during one of the most exciting chapters in our story. You'll be the welcoming face of our school operations, bringing your natural warmth and professionalism to every interaction with students, parents, staff and visitors. Your genuine care for our school community will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere. This is an opportunity to be a catalyst for change, whilst upholding our value of learning together in unity. We are transforming our systems and processes, and we need someone who is experienced, an innovative thinker and has a results focused approach.



You will be based within the office at St Barnabas C of E Primary whilst liaising with the admin assistant at our smaller sister school.



The successful candidate will have a sound skill set and a proven track record in financial management, human resources management, administration and premises management, ideally in a school setting.



We are looking for a Business Manager who:

is well-organised is calm and can meet deadlines can prioritise and work independently is able to cope with the busy and varied role of a School Business Manager in a primary school can establish and maintain good relationships and work well as part of team
