Are you an experienced Business Manager or finance professional? We are looking to appoint a Business Manager to join our vibrant nursery as a key member of our team.

We are looking for someone with:

Experience as a Business Manager or with financial and operational expertise, ideally within an education setting. The SBM certificate or diploma or be willing to undertake this. Good communication skills, both orally and verbally and be able to work effectively with the Senior Leadership Team, staff, parents, governors and the wider community. A logical, strategic and positive, 'can do' attitude. Excellent ICT skills and up-to-date knowledge of systems and processes that support good financial management.

What you'll do:

Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the Nursery, including finance, administration, procurement, facilities, health and safety. Report to and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Governors.


There is also the possibility to develop this job role to extend into other campus settings for the right candidate.

Hours:

* Full-time, 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 4pm, all-year round. Flexible working options will be considered.
