Purpose of the role



As a Radon Contract Manager, you will take full ownership of the Radon mitigation and testing department, managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through to successful completion. You will oversee the Radon project administration team and field operations, implementing strategies to optimise productivity and efficiency across all activities. You will lead day-to-day sales operations for Radon projects, including developing new business connections and driving growth through building and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and meeting agreed SLAs. You will represent the company in presentations and meetings, collaborate closely with Regional Business Managers and assist the Operations Director with tender applications and framework submissions.

Tasks and Responsibilities



Client Relationships: Offer our company proposition to Radon customers. Provide first-class account management. Sales Maximisation: Maximise sales and margin growth in line with budget and company targets, ensuring that both new and existing client markets are covered as comprehensively as possible. Reporting new sales opportunities / tenders / price negotiations directly with the Senior Leadership Team. People Management: Recruit and train talent, and manage the field based staff and the office administration team. Project Delivery: Accountable for the end-to-end delivery and recording of radon mitigation and testing projects, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead by example; actively get involved in any of the activities related to radon testing and mitigation at peak times Collaboration: Ensure field colleagues get all needed resources and directions on the execution of tasked jobs toward on time delivery, to an excellent standard, in a safely executable manner. CRM & Case Management: Ensure informational accuracy and currency about clients and their contacts, using CRM and case management software. Professional Presentation: In a professional, organised manner, present the Company's products and service offerings to current and prospective customers. Competitive Strategy: Design and implement sales strategies that allow for winning businesses from rivals and pre-empt the competitive action. Regulations and Technical Knowledge: Continue to stay abreast of changes in building legislation and regulations, as well as technical requirements. Reporting and Planning: Report periodically on project progress, on sales activities and opportunities/challenges identified, and plan to ensure sufficient market coverage. Lead and Quotation Follow-up: Timely follow-up of sales leads and quotations, including feedback on the results. Confidentiality and Data Protection: Treat confidentially; handle sensitively all data; and use all data strictly for business roles according to data protection policies. Event Representation: Represent Mouldex Ltd energetically at exhibitions, trade events, and client events. Assist the Operations Director in compiling tender applications and framework submissions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

Requirements



Proven experience in people and project management (3+ years). Proven sales experience (3+ years). Excellent communication skills, verbal and non-verbal with a friendly outgoing personality. Background in managing multi-skilled maintenance operatives and delivering KPI's against deadlines. Understanding of Radon risks and mitigation (or willingness to learn). Experienced in dealing with problems and handling objections. Passionate about people with proven experience & ability to lead & coach with authenticity. Able to embrace change and adapt plans to achieve results. Mature approach, pragmatic, tenacious with attention to detail. Great working knowledge of Health & Safety. Affable personality, with clear focus on the customer journey.
