We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Office Manager to oversee our daily office operations and support our growing team. This leadership role is key to ensuring our company's operations run smoothly and efficiently, helping drive our commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of day-to-day office management and administration.
Supervise staff, providing guidance, performance management, and training.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve productivity and compliance.
Manage staff schedules, timesheets, and support payroll administration.
Maintain and update client contracts, invoicing, and key business records.
Oversee budget, purchasing, inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control.
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration process.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare regular management reports, handle confidential information, and support senior management as required.
Coordinate company events, staff training sessions, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and client inquiries, ensuring high standards of service.
Support the business in resolving escalated issues and problem-solving operational challenges.
Requirements
Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative position, ideally within cleaning, facilities management, or a related sector.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for supporting team development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), AI tools (e.g., Chat GPT) and experience with accounting or scheduling software (e.g., Xero, Sage, Deputy).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritise and work independently.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with 1h lunch, no work on weekends.
