What You'll Be Doing

Lead F&I Performance:

Maximise profitability through finance, insurance, and warranty sales, always with FCA compliance at the core.

Customer-Centric Focus:

Build tailored finance solutions and guide customers through their purchase journey with clarity and trust.

Coach & Inspire:

Support the Sales Executive team with training, motivation, and day-to-day deal structuring.

Performance Analysis:

Track KPIs and drive improvements in finance penetration and product mix.

Close the Deal:

Finalise transactions and part-exchange evaluations to ensure seamless handovers and satisfied customers.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a Business Manager or Sales Controller within the automotive sector. Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and motor finance products. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and coaching skills. Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering premium customer service. A valid UK driving licence.
