Who you are:
Have 3 years experience in retail sales- Ideally motor industry
Proven high customer service levels with a charismatic persona and good emotional intelligence
Demonstrate active listening skills being able to understand customers wants, needs and requirements whilst managing a sales process
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Be able to analyse situations and identify potential hazards with solutions
As a Business Manager:
You must have excellent interpersonal skills to work with a sales executive building rapport and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You must be self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
You will need to have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Main Duties
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Oversee the sales team through the Baylis sales process ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Prepare and Provide detailed information about pricing, specifications, and financing options to customers
Negotiate sales agreements and finalise vehicle purchases, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales documentation and contracts. Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends

42.5 hours across 5.5 days per week based on day off in the week, working Saturday and alternate Sundays.
