Job Description


32 Hours per week, which can be organised flexibly with a minimum of 4 days a week - 39 weeks a year, plus 4 weeks working outside of term times on an annualised basis.
Grade 9-10 based on experience

Our friendly school is looking to appoint an exceptional School Business Manager to join our senior leadership team. Our School Business Manager will advise on and implement the day to day support that enables our school to operate effectively and efficiently, allowing other members of the leadership team to focus on teaching and learning. They will be responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school, including financial management, health and safety, human resources, compliance and administration.

We are a two form entry primary school which was graded as Good by Ofsted in March 2022. The school has the children and their needs at the very heart of all of our decisions. We have a created a learning environment in which individuals can excel. Our facilities include a dedicated music studio, refurbished library, woodland area and many other creative spaces.

We are looking for someone who has the skills and enthusiasm to help us in continuing to develop the school and its curriculum for our pupils.
