About the Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring our systems, processes and services deliver maximum value across the Group.
The Business Manager role sits in the
Markets Cross Function Support Team
which plays a pivotal role in the operation, governance, and strategic enablement of the Markets Platform within Lloyds Banking Group's Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) division. The team supports both the
Business Platform Lead (BPL)
and
Technical Platform Lead (TPL)
by ensuring that platform-wide activities are executed with rigour, transparency, and alignment to strategic goals.
This is a dynamic role where you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive improvements, manage budgets and support change initiatives. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous improvement and personal development. What you'll be doing
Manage the delivery of business support services or supplier relationships to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Manage budget responsibilities and contribute to financial planning and analysis
Act as a business partner to internal customers, supporting their needs and building strong relationships
Analyse data and identify trends to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes
Lead small to medium-scale projects within an established change programme
Recommend and implement improvements to policies, processes and practices

What you'll need
Proven experience in forecasting and budgeting
Experience in business support or operational delivery within a large organisation
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Proven track record of delivering projects or change initiatives
Understanding of compliance, governance and risk management frameworks
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration
