We're seeking a Business Manager to join Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in Newport

You'll be working with a growing sales team of high achievers Genuinely very realistic OTE Potential progression path to higher management positions

Salary:

OTE 60,000 - 65,000

Basic salary of 26,000 + achievable bonus opportunities

Hours:

5 day week on a rota which will include some weekends

What do you need to succeed as a Business Manager?

A high level of professional acumen and have an outstanding work ethic Excellent communication skills Ability to captain a team to obtain outstanding results as well as supporting and leading them Ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly Influence and negotiation skills Excellent relationship building skills, with both your team and customers

What does the Business Manager role involve?

Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to developing them
