About the Role:


As a Business Manager at Drive Motor Retail, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing the financial and legal processes involved in vehicle sales. You will work closely with the sales team to maximise profitability and ensure compliance, all while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and process vehicle sales documentation ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, finance providers, and the sales team Advise customers on finance options, warranties, and insurance products tailored to their needs Work closely with sales colleagues to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership profitability Maintain detailed records and reports to support business performance and compliance Drive the achievement of monthly sales and finance targets

Requirements:



Proven experience in a Business Manager or similar finance role within automotive retail Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance, and legal regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced sales environment Enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused approach Valid driver's license

Desirable:



Relevant qualifications or accreditations in automotive finance or business management Experience working with multiple manufacturers and Motability sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-50,000.00 per year
