In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the brand's presence within one of the world's most prestigious retail environments by driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing all aspects of the counter's operations. You will lead by example, inspiring your team to consistently exceed expectations and uphold the luxury standards of both Bulgari and Harrods.

Business Strategy & Administration

You execute a business strategy that reflects Bulgari's storied heritage and ambitious goals, identifying and leveraging commercial opportunities through innovative strategic initiatives to drive exceptional results. You define, monitor, and elevate key performance indicators to optimize productivity, profitability, and overall brand impact. By partnering closely with field, training, and head office teams, you ensure a cohesive and distinguished brand presence, while cultivating influential relationships with Harrods retail management to ensure commercial alignment and enhance Bulgari's in-store prominence. Remaining vigilant to market trends and competitor activity, you safeguard Bulgari's competitive edge, and deliver comprehensive weekly sales and client reports, combining qualitative and quantitative insights with actionable recommendations.


Client Experience & Sales Excellence

You lead your team in delivering an unparalleled client experience, consistently embodying Bulgari's values at every interaction. Through inspired leadership, strategic innovation, and daily motivation, you drive your team to exceed sales targets while engaging clients with exceptional poise and expertise both at the counter and through proactive outreach. You create captivating presentations of the fragrance collection, artfully conveying the artistry and heritage behind each scent, and provide bespoke recommendations tailored to each client's unique preferences. By building and nurturing lasting relationships, you inspire loyalty and cultivate a discerning clientele, ensuring every customer journey is both memorable and distinguished.


Team Leadership & Development

You set the standard for excellence by nurturing a collaborative and high-performing team culture, orchestrating daily operations to ensure seamless coverage and efficiency on the shop floor. You deliver hands-on training and mentorship to continually elevate team knowledge and performance, collaborating with Product Trainers to implement development tools and provide ongoing, constructive feedback. Through your commitment to operational excellence and visual merchandising, you ensure every aspect of the counter reflects Bulgari's prestige and uncompromising standards.


Operational Excellence & Visual Merchandising

You uphold the highest standards of visual presentation, meticulously adhering to Bulgari's merchandising guidelines to ensure the counter embodies the brand's prestige. You guarantee the flawless execution of product launches by collaborating seamlessly with retail, field, and office teams. Overseeing all aspects of stock management; from order preparation to inventory control and replenishment, you ensure optimal product availability and presentation. You expertly deploy promotional materials to support sales initiatives and launches, maintain impeccable point-of-sale compliance with precise display and promotional execution, and supervise order collection and processing with unwavering accuracy and attention to detail.


Profile



Your Background

You bring a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in luxury retail and counter management, within a flagship or high-profile environment, demonstrating a strong knowledge and passion for fine fragrances. Your strategic thinking enables you to translate brand goals into actionable business plans, while your confidence in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels--team, head office, retailer, and clients--sets you apart. Agile and resilient, you thrive in fast-paced, high-profile settings and consistently deliver outstanding results, even in high-volume environments. Your flexible approach allows you to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. With exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, you motivate and inspire teams while maintaining a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in Excel and Word supports your reporting and stock management capabilities, and fluency in native-level English is essential, with Arabic language skills considered a valuable asset.
