Basic Salary 30,000 - OTE 50,000
24 Days holiday + Bank holidays - Rising with length of service.

Responsibilities:
The Business Manager is responsible for introducing all customers to our range of finance and insurance products Ensuring the smooth handling of customer documentation and payment Responsible for leading the sales team in the absence of the Sales Manager Gain in-depth knowledge of finance and insurance related products and selling them appropriately to customers in a regulated, process driven manner Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss finance and insurance options Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales Maximise impact of showroom and external vehicle display areas
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience within a business manager role within the motor industry. Keen eye for detail Experience within regulated and process led environments Outstanding customer service skills.

Pay: 30,000.00-50,000.00 per year
