A unique opportunity has become available to join our growing team at Hyundai Stratford as Business Manager.
The main focus of the role is to work alongside the current Sales Executives as a second touch approach and sell more F&I products to customers. You'll need to be customer facing, able to train the Sales Executives and have a real passion for sales by being an all out closer.
We would also expect you to have the ability to tailor your sales pitch to understand and meet the customers needs and expectations, so as to build on our already fantastic customer service.
The successful candidate will be great at talking to customers and colleagues alike, so being approachable and professional is a must. They will have a proven track record in a car sales environment either as a current Business Manager or at least a Senior Sales Executive looking to take that step up in their career.
Paul Rigby Group is always looking to grow the business. We now have seven stand alone dealerships and three other franchises within our group, so career progression is readily on the cards. The usual progression from Transaction Manager is to Sales Manager and with our desire to grow our Hyundai brand this could be the perfect opportunity for the right candidate to climb the ladder and make a name for themselves.
Role and Responsibilities
Discussing the financial requirements of our customers.
Advising customers on finance, insurance, warranties and other services offered by our dealership.
Ensure customers have a clear understanding of obligations they are entering into.
Working closely with members of the sales team and provide coaching and assistance where needed.
Proposing financial agreements to our nominated lenders.
Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and FCA compliant via reports and audits.
To achieve financial income and penetration targets set by the Group.
To be a proactive and engaged member of the Vehicle Sales team.
About You
You may be an existing Business Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Controller or looking for your first step into management as a current Senior Sales Executive.
You will be confident in discussing and identifying individual and/or company requirements.
Have an outstanding record of sales achievement with exceptional finance sales performance.
Highly organised to ensure that all company, manufacturer and finance house paperwork is correct and FCA compliant.
Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is a must.
Basic salary will depend on experience and you will earn commission off the products you sell and targets you hit. An OTE of 50,000+ is very realistic and you can earn more depending on your performance. If your application is considered you will be contacted to arrange a face to face interview.
