Business Manager - St Jude Fertility

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Manager to lead operations at our Fertility & IVF Clinic. This role will oversee daily business functions, ensure compliance with UK healthcare regulations (HFEA, CQC, GDPR), and drive growth while supporting exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Manage clinic operations and staff performance Oversee budgets, financial planning, and reporting Ensure regulatory compliance and governance standards Monitor KPIs and improve patient service pathways Support business development, marketing, and partnerships

Requirements

Proven experience in healthcare or clinic management (fertility/IVF desirable) Strong financial and operational management skills Knowledge of HFEA and CQC compliance Leadership and team management experience Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
