The Role:



As Business Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our sales department. You'll be responsible for leading and supporting the sales team, managing deal structures, and ensuring every customer experience meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve volume and performance targets Stacking and presenting finance and insurance deals effectively Being directly responsible for all finance applications and F&I compliance Selling additional paint protection and extended warranty products Auditing and maintaining digital deal files to ensure accuracy and compliance Addressing the daily log and ensuring smooth operational flow Stepping in to handle vehicle sales when needed Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth handover experiences

You'll Need:



Proven experience in automotive used car sales and finance, ideally in a Business Manager or similar role Strong understanding of Finance & Insurance processes and compliance A confident and professional communication style, both written and verbal Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team leading by example High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities A passion for delivering premium customer outcomes and driving performance
