Job Title: Operations Assistant

Location: Hammersmith, London (Office-based)



Job Type: Full-time



Pay: 25,000 - 35,000 per year



Working Hours: Monday to Friday



Travel Requirement: 20%

As an Operations Assistant, you are an essential part of our UK business operations team Your responsibilities include but not limit to supporting sales activities, creating marketing materials, product information documents, and assist in various operational activities related to our educational tours and student events. Additionally, you will play a key role in content creation to enhance our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily business operational tasks and projects. Maintain and update operational documentation and records. Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operation workflows. Involve in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Support in logistical arrangements and travel coordination. Assist in organizing educational tours, including planning itineraries, coordinating with tour partners, and managing tour logistics. Assist in organizing events for overseas students in the UK Film and edit photos and videos of our events Edit short and long-format videos that resonate with our audience. Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies. Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including ?? (WeChat), ???(RED), and ?? (Douyin). Create marketing materials, such as PPTs, product posters, and brochures. Produce social media content

Requirements:



A bachelor's degree in business administration, design, filming or a related field is preferred. Experience in creating marketing materials such as PPTs, posters, and brochures. Proficiency with editing software and experience in videography and video editing. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage video files and footage. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Experience in operational support or administrative roles is a plus. Knowledge in social media platforms and strategies for content promotion is a plus

Important:



You must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship. You must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
