What you'll be responsible for:

The selected candidate for the Business Operations Consultant role will oversee business operations, manage diverse programs, implement strategic operational plans, and ensure the smooth execution of organizational processes. You will:


Turn leadership goals into clear plans, roadmaps, and projects Own key workstreams across strategy, operations, go-to-market (GTM), or transformation Analyze performance and surface insights that drive decisions Design and improve processes so teams execute faster Partner with senior stakeholders (C-suite, VP, functional heads) on high-impact initiatives Build clear reporting so everyone knows what's working

You'll be a strong match if you have:

3-5+ years in consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms) or strategic operations roles

Experience owning end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, whether in strategy, operations, GTM, or transformation and translating executive vision into executable roadmaps and workstreams Strong analytical capabilities and you're able to build models, interpret data, and extract actionable insights that inform decisions Expertise in process design and optimization that helps teams move faster and execute more effectively The ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders (C-suite, VP-level, functional leaders) without direct authority Excellence in communication with the ability to distill complexity into clarity, whether through presentations, dashboards, or conversations Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you define the path forward
