Are you a driven, organised, and experienced Operations Manager ready to help lead a growing health-focused business? FMK Physiotherapy is looking for a

Business Operations Manager

(Integrator) to ensure our team runs smoothly, our standards remain high, and our big-picture vision becomes a reality.

Location:

Perth, Scotland

Hours:

Part-Time (approx. 16-24 hours per week, flexible)

Salary:

30,000-36,000 FTE, pro-rata based on experience and hours
(approx. 12,000-18,000 per year based on 2-3 days/week)

Contract:

Freelance or Employed - negotiable

What You'll Be Responsible For:

As our

Integrator

, you will act as the

bridge between vision and execution

, supporting the day-to-day operations while driving performance and accountability across the team.

Monitor and drive staff performance

against agreed KPIs and standards Ensure tasks are completed across departments in a timely, high-quality manner Collaborate directly with the business owner (Visionary) to implement goals, strategies, and improvements Lead regular performance check-ins and feedback loops with staff Maintain operational systems to support client experience, retention, and growth Identify inefficiencies and streamline processes Oversee administrative systems, scheduling, and internal communications Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards (e.g. HCPC, insurance, data protection) Be a strong, calm presence in the business - holding the team accountable while supporting their success Contribute to strategic planning and help prioritise actions to meet business milestones
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in operations, team leadership, or business management (preferably in healthcare or service industries) A track record of implementing strategies and improving performance Strong understanding of KPIs, staff management, and business workflows Excellent communication, organisation, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to lead with empathy while holding people to high standards Highly self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused Comfortable using basic digital tools (we use Cliniko, Google Workspace, email systems) Alignment with FMK's values: integrity, excellence, responsibility, and kindness
