Business Operations Specialist

to join our fantastic London team and play a pivotal role in aligning marketing, sales, finance, and technical teams to deliver predictable revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

Partner with senior leaders, including C-Suite executives, to support strategic initiatives and investor reporting. Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance business performance. Ensure teams are equipped with the right data, processes, and tools to operate efficiently and effectively. Act as a central point of coordination across departments to streamline operations and drive alignment.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in business operations, strategy, or a similar cross-functional role. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
