Business Partnership Coordinator

37 hours per week, Up to 33,176.08 per annum (depending on skills and experience) - based at our Ashford Middlesex Campus

The Business Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for working in partnership with new and existing employers who are interested in developing their workforce for the future. The postholder will need to be confident in organising and supporting all employer engagement activities and employer-related events for the department.


About the role:

Generate leads through a variety of communication styles, such as telephone calls, emails and Marketing campaigns.


Become the expert on Brooklands Technical College's full suite of offerings for employers and adult learners, including apprenticeships, professional qualifications, bespoke corporate training, short courses, and adult education programmes, to effectively articulate their value and benefits to diverse business needs.


Engage with employers, ensuring there is a thorough process for follow up, sharing information and building long term relationships.


Represent the college at key industry events, networking forums and College open events, actively promoting Brooklands Technical College's apprenticeship offer and building brand awareness.


Advertise apprenticeship vacancies and support with the enrolments, utilising the Government recruitment service and Brooklands Technical College website.


To fulfil the role you should have:



Excellent commercial awareness with an understanding of business-to-business activities A high level of oral, written, presentation and communication skills, the ability to form successful working relationships and high level negotiating and influencing skills Knowledgeable and skilled in preparing contracts such as commitment statements and training service agreements with good attention to detail Level 2 - Maths & English Relevant industrial experience
