talented Business Performance / Data Analyst
to help us increase marketing effectiveness, unlock operational efficiencies, and drive growth through insightful analysis.
About thE Role
As our Data Analyst, you will be a
highly analytical and detail-oriented professional
who is comfortable working with large datasets. You'll build insightful dashboards and reports that inform strategic decisions across marketing, finance, logistics, customer service, and more. You'll also play a key role in championing the use of
AI and automation
to improve workflows and demonstrate the power of data-driven thinking across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards and regular reporting packages across key departments (marketing, finance, customer service, logistics).
Analyze business performance, uncover trends, and deliver clear, actionable insights on a monthly basis.
Translate stakeholder requirements into effective, user-friendly reporting solutions.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement, marketing optimisation, and growth through data analysis.
Support ad hoc analytical needs, including deep dives into customer behaviour, product performance, and marketing ROI.
Advocate for the use of AI and data tools across teams to increase efficiency and decision quality.
What We're Looking For
1+ years' experience
in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or a consumer-focused sector.
Proficient in
SQL
and comfortable working with large datasets.
Experience with tools such as
Google BigQuery, Looker, SQL Server, Tableau
, or similar data visualization platforms.
Understanding of
Google Cloud Platform
for data warehousing is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and present insights clearly.
Familiarity with business intelligence tooling and best practices.
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Degree in a quantitative field (Maths, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar), or equivalent professional experience.
