We are looking for an energetic Program Manager to help realize Expedia's vision by delivering critical cross-functional initiatives at scale. What you'll do

Scope, structure and drive increasingly large scale, complex programs requiring coordination across multiple teams and organizations. Build, empower and lead effective program teams by ensuring clear roles & responsibilities, goals and milestones, and risk mitigation and escalation. Create and maintain applicable success metrics that deliver measurable business value. Ensure effective written and verbal communication throughout the program lifecycle. Tailor communications for different audiences and break down complex information into simplified messages to convey program and business concepts to VP+ level management. Use negotiation skills, influence and creativity to achieve successful outcomes around scope, schedule, costs/budget, issues/risks and resources. Proactively explore and integrate the latest AI technologies to enhance program efficiency, drive innovation, and unlock new opportunities for business growth and operational excellence. Who you are

5+ years experience of program or complex project experience in tech, travel or relevant field. Proven ability to lead change and fully execute opportunities end to end in a fast-paced environment. Solution driven, results focused agile thinker with a high impact personality (intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationship, great teammate). Self-motivated, thriving with limited guidance. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex initiatives. Strong communicator, adept at building relationships and collaborating across a wide-range of teams and seniority. Hands-on strategist, balancing execution and big-picture thinking, passionate about delivering measurable business value Confirmed analytical skills: Use data to inform action plan after weighing alternative solutions against decision criteria; proactively simplify complex and ambiguous situations. Existing understanding of connectivity landscape, industry terminology and key players/competitors/partners preferred.
