Why this role exists
TalentPredix(TM) is growing its presence with HR and People leaders, while building stronger links with the coaching and consulting community in the UK and abroad.
This internship is designed for students in Business Psychology, HR, or related fields who require a compulsory work placement as part of their degree. You'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic consultancy, supporting client engagement, events, research, and outreach.
What you'll do
Community & events
Support the design and delivery of HR and practitioner events (virtual and in-person)
Help us find new ways to grow and engage our HR and Talent community (LinkedIn, online groups, meet-ups)
Manage RSVPs, logistics, and post-event communications
Marketing & research
Draft LinkedIn posts, emails, and event promotions
Create simple graphics, newsletters, and follow-up summaries
Conduct surveys and research to build our data analytics services and provide insights for practitioners and people leaders
Business development support
Research target organisations, HR networks, and speaking opportunities
Grow leads through targeted outreach by phone, email, and social media
Track outreach activity in our CRM
What success looks like
Consistently well-run events with strong attendance and feedback
Engaged LinkedIn activity and steady growth in contacts
A reliable flow of sales leads and conversions
Survey data that provides actionable insights for marketing and clients
Organised systems and clear weekly reporting
What you'll bring

Writing skills: Clear, concise copy for posts, emails, and invites
Research skills: Proficiency with SPSS and proven research skills (ideally quantitative)
Organisation: Able to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organised
Learning & initiative: Willing to test ideas, learn fast, and solve problems
Digital fluency: Comfortable using LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Canva, Excel/Sheets (bonus if you've used a CRM)
Interest in Business Psychology & HR: Curiosity about how people and organisations thrive

Placement & Pay
First 3 months: Compulsory university placement (as part of your degree programme)
