Overview

We are seeking an entry level auditor to join our team. Previous experience in business rates or commercial property would be great but not essential. The ideal candidate will be mathematically minded and eager to learn about property and finance as well as managing data. This role involves interpreting complex datasets, researching companies and their properties to identify potential leads for our sales team as well as understanding the depths of the business rates system and applying this. Responsibilities

Online research of businesses and their properties Analysing business rates data within Microsoft Excel Using the Valuation Office Agency and understanding how they work Making decisions based on your research Creating clear and concise notes, summarising the data and research for the sales team to asses prior to approaching the client

What we are looking for

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel A strong academic track record Experience working with data is advantageous Attention to detail and confidence when making decisions Strong ability to use different online and database programs simultaneously when researching Good written communication skills to convey complex information clearly to other departments Experience or an interest in working with commercial property
