As a Business Relationship Manager - Agriculture, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of Agricultural clients across Northern Ireland. Your focus will be on nurturing long-term relationships, driving new business opportunities, and preparing high-quality credit applications. This role offers flexibility in where you work. You will spend time visiting clients, combined with working from the office or from home. Having the ability to travel independently to visit clients in rural areas will be key in this role.
To be successful as a Business Relationship Manager - Agriculture, you should have :
Sound Knowledge of the Agricultural sector.
Proven Business Development skills
Client-facing experience.

Experience working in the Financial Services industry.
A well-established Agricultural network.
Credit writing experience.
Knowledge of agricultural cash flow cycles.

This role will be based in Northern Ireland.
